Shopfront Repairs is a repair line for commercial shopfronts. When glass, a door, a lock, a closer or a shutter fails, you call one freephone number and we arrange an engineer to make it safe and fix it — rather than selling you a replacement frontage you do not need.
Who does the repair?
Repairs are carried out by commercial glaziers, locksmiths, door engineers and shutter engineers in our repair network. Before any permanent work starts you receive a written quotation that names the company doing the job, the fixed price and the terms that apply.
How we work
- Make the premises safe first when damage is sudden.
- Tell you honestly whether repair or replacement is the better option.
- Agree a fixed, written price before permanent work.
- Leave photographs and paperwork suitable for insurers and landlords.
What we don’t claim
We only display accreditations that are actually held. Where a product needs third-party certification — for example fire doorsets — we say who provides it rather than implying it comes from us.
