What does security grille & gate repairs cover?

  • Collapsible gates that jam or jump their track
  • Bent or broken lattice sections
  • Top and bottom tracks pulled loose
  • Padlock hasps and integral locks
  • Removable window grilles and fixing brackets

How do I know I need it?

  • The gate is hard to pull across
  • Sections are bent or hanging out of line
  • The track has come away from the floor or head
  • The gate cannot be locked securely

How is the repair carried out?

Sections are straightened or replaced, runners and pivots renewed and tracks re-fixed into sound material so the gate slides freely and locks. We will tell you plainly if a grille has corroded beyond sensible repair.

Questions about security grille & gate repairs

Can a bent collapsible gate be repaired?

Often, yes — bent pickets and lattice can be straightened or replaced section by section. Severely corroded gates are usually better replaced.

Why does my shop gate keep coming off its track?

Worn runners, a loose track or a bent section are the usual causes. Replacing the runners and re-fixing the track normally cures it.

Do you fit new grilles as well as repair them?

This site focuses on repairs. If replacement is the better option we will tell you and quote for it.
