Questions about automatic door repairs

Can you repair any make of automatic door?

We work on the common sliding and swing operators found on UK high streets. For some proprietary systems parts must come from the manufacturer, which we will tell you on the first visit.

Is it safe to use an automatic door that keeps reversing?

A door that reverses unpredictably may have a sensor fault. Put it into manual or locked-open mode until it has been checked.

Do automatic doors need servicing?

Yes. Regular servicing replaces wear parts before they fail and checks the safety sensors. Ask about a maintenance contract if you have several doors.
